Ramena is a rural municipality and a beach village in Madagascar.

It belongs to the district of Antsiranana II, which is a part of Diana Region.

Ramena has a popular beach of Diego Suarez, from which it can be reached by an asphalted road in a distance of 18 km.

The villages of Ramena, Ankorikahely, Ivovona, Andavakoera and Betahitra belong to the municipality.

The paved National road 59b leads to Antsiranana (Diego Suraez - 18 km).
