Ranica (Bergamasque: Ranga or La Rànga or Laranga or Ràniga; Medieval Latin: Larianica) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about 50 kilometres (31 mi) northeast of Milan and about 5 kilometres (3 mi) northeast of Bergamo.
As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,984 and an area of 4.2 square kilometres (1.6 sq mi).

The town contains the Church of the Santissimi Sette Fratelli Martiri.
