S. B. Rao

Siddani Bhaskara Rao is a graph theorist, Professor Emeritus, and director of the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) in Calcutta.

[2] S. B. Rao is known for his work on line graphs, frequency partitions and degree sequences.

[4] He received his Ph.D. (1971) from the Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta under the supervision of renowned Statistician CR Rao.

At the same time, he visited King's College, Aberdeen to work with Crispin St. J.

From the University of Mumbai, Rao went back to the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI).
