In 2019, the club was established and competed in Thailand Amateur League Northeastern region but they couldn't be promoted to the higher division.

In early 2022, the club competed in Thailand Amateur League Northeastern region, using the Sisaket Provincial Stadium as the ground.

The club started the season with a 4–2 home win over Surin Khong Chee Mool[7] and they ended the season with a 4–0 away win over the Surin Khong Chee Mool.
