Redway is a census-designated place (CDP) in Humboldt County, California, United States.
Redway is located 2.25 miles (3.6 km) northwest of Garberville,[3] at an elevation of 538 feet (164 m).
The 2010 United States Census[5] reported that Redway had a population of 1,225.
209 households (37.9%) were made up of individuals, and 63 (11.4%) had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
As of the census[6] of 2000, there were 1,188 people, 543 households, and 302 families residing in the CDP.
33.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
In the state legislature, Redway is in the 2nd Senate District, represented by Democrat Mike McGuire,[7] and the 2nd Assembly District, represented by Democrat Chris Rogers.
