Refahiye is a town in Erzincan Province in the Eastern Anatolia region of Turkey.

It is the seat of Refahiye District.

The town is divided into the neighborhoods of Binali Yıldırım, Camiişerif, Hakoğlu, Hökümet and Yenidoğan.
