The Office of the Registrar of Consultant Lobbyists is a United Kingdom independent statutory body set up under the provisions of the Transparency of Lobbying, Non-party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Act 2014.
It maintains a register of consultant lobbyists who may operate in the United Kingdom.
[1] The 2014 Act makes an offence of "consultant lobbying" without prior registration, with some exceptions for specific circumstances, and in addition creates a post of Registrar of Consultant Lobbyists.
Harry Rich was appointed as the Registrar of Consultant Lobbyists on 8 June 2018[3] and renewed 2022.
