Richard Bates (Nottinghamshire cricketer)

[1] He played 3 matches for the county in the MCCA Knockout Trophy: Twice against Suffolk and once against Devon.

[2] Bates made his debut in List A cricket for Lincolnshire in the 1990 NatWest Trophy against Gloucestershire.

[8] In 2002, he represented the Nottinghamshire Cricket Board in a single List A match against Cumberland in the 1st round of the 2003 Cheltenham & Gloucester Trophy which was played in 2002.

He held the position for 4 years, during which he aided them in regaining the Women's Ashes in 2005.

He quit the job in April 2007 and subsequently moved with his family to Australia.
