Richard John Carr (21 January 1911 – 25 April 2000) was an Indian field hockey player who competed in the 1932 Summer Olympics.

[1] He was a forward of the Indian field hockey team, which won the gold medal at Los Angeles.

[2] Carr was selected for the Indian hockey team for the 1936 Olympics but could not get leave from his employer.
