Richard L. Hasen is an American legal scholar and law professor at the University of California, Los Angeles.
[1] Hasen received a Bachelor of Arts with highest honors (in Middle Eastern studies) from the University of California, Berkeley in 1986.
[1] He received his Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law in 1991, and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
He left Loyola to become a professor at the University of California, Irvine School of Law in July 2011.
