[1] After service in the South Pacific Theater during World War II as an airman, he attended Dartmouth College in New Hampshire.

[3] Eymann married Juanita, and they had eight children; Richard, Ramona, Patricia, Carol, Katy, Deborah, Rebecca and Penelope.
