Richard Parr (1592?–23 March 1644) was an English bishop of Sodor and Man.
On 2 September 1609 he entered Brasenose College, Oxford, then aged 17.
[1] On 10 June 1635 he was consecrated bishop of Sodor and Man, retaining Eccleston in commendam.
Parr remained in his diocese, where he was not disturbed, as the Isle of Man was held by the royalists till 1651.
He died at Bishop's Court, Peel, on 23 March 1644, and was buried on 26 March in the grave of Bishop John Phillips in St Germans Cathedral, Peel.
