Rikkie Valerie Kollé (born 6 April 2001) is a Dutch model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Nederland 2023 and represented her country at Miss Universe 2023.

[1][2] As Kollé was the first openly transgender woman to win the Miss Nederland title,[3][4] this made her the first openly transgender person to win any national beauty pageant.
