Rizvan Rashitovich Utsiyev (Russian: Ризван Рашитович Уциев; born 7 February 1988) is a Russian footballer who plays as a right-back for Akhmat.

Utsiyev made his professional debut in 2005, coming as a substitute for Terek in the Russian Premier League game against Lokomotiv.
