Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed is a Bangladeshi politician who is a senior joint secretary general of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).

Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed attended University of Rajshahi, where he was vice president of the students' council.

Rizvi was elected BNP's senior joint secretary general on 19 March 2016.
