Roald Poulsen

Roald Poulsen (28 November 1950 – 16 October 2024) was a Danish football manager, who most prominently won the 1989 Danish championship with Odense BK and managed the Zambia national team.

Poulsen started his coaching career with amateur club OKS.

He returned to Odense BK in 1996, and brought with him Zambian internationals Mwape Miti and Andrew Tembo.

[citation needed] From 1999 to 2004 he led the FC Copenhagen Sports College in South Africa, only interrupted by a brief spell as national manager of Zambia in 2002.
