Robert Rositoiu

[1][2] At age 24, he began coaching, helping as an assistant with a U17 girls team in Sainte-Julie.

He won the league and cup double with the side in both seasons, as well as winning the Inter-Provincial Championship in 2022.

[2] In September 2023, he briefly served as an assistant coach with the Canada U17 men's team for a training camp.

[5] In October 2023, he joined the Vancouver Whitecaps Academy as a youth coach.

[2] In September 2024, he was named the first head coach of Montreal Roses FC for the inaugural season of the Northern Super League in 2025.
