Robert Verbeek (born 26 July 1961) is a Dutch football manager and former player who coaches RV & AV Sparta.
In 1988, he was appointed by PSV Eindhoven, where he worked as a coach for a total period of eight years.
[3] In this period he assisted coaches like Guus Hiddink and Sir Bobby Robson.
From 1996 to 2000 he started as a head coach and managed FC Dordrecht, but did not book any notable results and the team balanced in halfway positions in the Eerste Divisie.
In March 2005 he decided to leave the club due to disappointing results and to try his luck abroad.
