A portion of the Montour Trail passes through Robinson Township.

As of the census[5] of 2000, there were 2,193 people, 841 households, and 624 families living in the township.

There were 902 housing units at an average density of 42.6 per square mile (16.4/km2).

22.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
