Hisar-e-Shahi Industrial Park (HIP) is located 22 km southeast of Jalalabad City, on Jalalabad-Torkham Highway with a total area of 207ha.

Other main crops in Rodat include wheat and cotton as many people living in the area are involved in agricultural trade and business.

Rodat district is famous for many things: Ghazi Amanullah khan kharghotai, vegetable oil, farming, and pottery.
