Rodinsky District

Rodinsky District (Russian: Ро́динский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[4] district (raion), one of the fifty-nine in Altai Krai, Russia.

The area of the district is 3,118 square kilometers (1,204 sq mi).

[citation needed] Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Rodino.

[3] Rodinsky District is located in the western sector of the krai, in the area where the Ob Plateau transitions to the Kulunda Steppe.

The last stretch of the Kulunda Main Canal is located in the district.
