Roger Zatkoff (March 25, 1931 – November 4, 2021) was an American professional football player and businessman.
After retiring from football, Zatkoff operated a manufacturing supply company based in the Detroit area.
[2] Zatkoff enrolled at the University of Michigan in 1949 and played college football for Bennie Oosterbaan's Wolverines teams from 1950 to 1952.
[1] In April 1957, the Packers traded Zatkoff and Bobby Garrett to the Cleveland Browns in exchange for six players, including Babe Parilli.
The company grew to eight locations in three states and became "the largest independent distributor of seals in North America.
Zatkoff is one of at least 345 NFL players to be diagnosed after death with chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), which is caused by repeated hits to the head.
