Meanwhile, Connie (Lauren Ridloff) and Kelly (Angel Theory) investigate the Commonwealth military and its treatment of Tyler Davis (Cameron Roberts), and Carol (Melissa McBride) helps Lance deal with a neighboring community whose leader is extorting the Commonwealth for money.
