Roland Stoltz (ice hockey, born 1931)

Frank Roland "Rolle" Stoltz (1 August 1931 – 19 February 2001) was a Swedish ice hockey defenceman.

At the world championships he won two gold, two silver and two bronze medals between 1957 and 1967, and was named the best defenseman in 1963.

[1][2] Stoltz was a mechanic with Atlas Copco, a Swedish mining machinery company.

After retiring from competitions he worked as an ice hockey commentator on the Swedish national television.

[3] In 1955, he joined Djurgårdens IF in the top-flight Division and played for them until 1970, winning six Swedish championships in a row 1958–1963.
