Rome, Jefferson County, Wisconsin

Rome is a census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Sullivan in Jefferson County, Wisconsin, United States, along the Bark River.

As of the census of 2000, there were 574 people, 220 households, and 168 families residing in the CDP.

There were 236 housing units at an average density of 59.9/sq mi (23.1/km2).

There were 220 households, out of which 29.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.8% were married couples living together, 5.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.6% were non-families.

18.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
