Rosalinda Dimapilis-Baldoz is a Filipina lawyer, civil servant, and labor arbiter.

She served as Secretary of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) of the Philippines under the administration of President Benigno Aquino III.

Baldoz was a practicing lawyer before she joined the Department of Labor and Employment.

[3] After Aquino won a landslide in the 2010 presidential elections, Baldoz was tapped to join the cabinet to head the labor portfolio.

Baldoz also sat as one of the board of directors of Land Bank of the Philippines.
