It was only in 1959 that the Sisters purchased the Royal Montreal Clubhouse which remained home to Queen of Angels Academy secondary school until 2014.
Among other duties, it organizes the major national championships, including the Canadian Open, the first of which was played at Royal Montreal in 1904.
