Rubén Mendoza Ayala (2 February 1961 – 16 April 2016) was a Mexican politician.

In the 1997 mid-terms he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies to represent the State of Mexico's 15th district for the PAN during the 57th Congress.

[2] In the 2003 mid-terms he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies to represent the State of Mexico's 16th district for the PAN during the 59th Congress.
