Rubén Ignacio Moreira Valdez is a Mexican politician.

In 2009 he participated in the contest for Federal Deputy for Coahuila's fourth district, with head in Saltillo,[1] obtaining more than 73% of the votes (the highest percentage of votes obtained in an electoral district at the national level).
