Rudi Fink (born 6 June 1958) is a retired boxer, who won the gold medal in the featherweight division (−57 kg) for East Germany at the 1980 Summer Olympics.

In 1980 he won the Olympic gold medal and was awarded the Patriotic Order of Merit in silver.

Between 2003 and 2008 he worked as an assistant to his former coach Manfred Wolke.
