Rudolf Ismayr (14 October 1908 – 9 May 1998) was a German weightlifter.
He won a gold medal at the 1932 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles and a silver medal at the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin, as well as a silver medal at the 1938 World Championships.
Between 1931 and 1935 he set five official and six unofficial world records.
