Rudolf "Ruedi" Noser (German pronunciation: [ˈrøːdi ˈnoːzɐ]; born 14 April 1961) is a Swiss businessman and politician who served on the Council of States (Switzerland) for The Liberals from 2015 to 2023.
He then studied at the University of Applied Sciences Rapperswil and graduated in 1985 as an electrical engineer.
[10] From December 2006 to May 2008 he was chairman of the board of directors of Esmertec AG (now known as Myriad Group).
[15] Noser has been a member of the Board of Directors of AMC International Alfa Metalcraft since July 2012, and vice president since September 2016.
[17] On 29 October 2018, Noser was elected to the Board of Directors of Crealogix Holding AG.
From 1999 to 2009 he was also a member of the executive board of the FDP Switzerland (now FDP.The Liberals) and from 2003 to 2009 vice-president of the national party.
