Rui Filipe Alves Oliveira (Portuguese pronunciation: [ʁuj fɨˈlipɨ ˈalvɨʃ oliˈvejɾɐ]; born 5 September 1996) is a Portuguese cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam UAE Team Emirates XRG.
