Russia competed at the 2019 Winter Deaflympics held between 12 and 21st December 2019 in Province of Sondrio in Northern Italy.

Lyubov Misharina won the gold medal in the women's sprint classic event.

[1] Anna Fedulova and Tatyana Gorbunova, also representing Russia, finished in 2nd and 3rd place in that event.

[6] In the men's 10 km free technique event Vladimir Mayorov and Maksim Kovalev finished in 2nd and 3rd place respectively.

[7] Russia competed in the ice hockey tournament and won the bronze medal.
