Ruszenice [ruʂɛˈnit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Żarnów, within Opoczno County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.

It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) west of Żarnów, 22 km (14 mi) south-west of Opoczno, and 75 km (47 mi) south-east of the regional capital Łódź.
