When Greenlee visits Ryan while he's feigning a relapse on August 12, 2010, she confesses the truth and he wakes up, telling her that he knows something was wrong.
On September 13, the autopsy revealed that David died from a high dosage of Digitalis, clearing Ryan's name.
On November 29, 2010, David escapes and confronts Ryan on the roof of his house, intending to kill him and kidnap Greenlee.
