Séamus Gillen

Séamus Gillen (born 1947) is an Irish former hurler who played as a left wing-forward at senior level for the Cork county team.

Born in Cork, Gillen first arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of seventeen when he first linked up with the Cork minor team before later joining the intermediate side.

Gillen had a brief inter-county career as a non-playing substitute.

At club level Gillen is a one-time All-Ireland medallist with St Finbarr's.
