Saúl Craviotto Rivero (born 3 November 1984) is a Spanish police officer and sprint kayaker who has been racing since the mid-2000s.

He has won six Olympic medals: a gold medal (with Carlos Pérez) in the K-2 500 m event at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, a silver medal in the K-1 200 m event at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, a gold medal (with Cristian Toro) in the K-2 200 m event and a bronze medal in the K-1 200 m at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, a silver medal (with Marcus Cooper, Carlos Arévalo and Rodrigo Germade) in the K-4 500 m event at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, and a bronze medal (with Carlos Arévalo, Marcus Cooper, and Rodrigo Germade) in the K-4 500 m event at the 2024 Summer Olympics.

[2][5] Craviotto also won seven medals at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships with three golds (K-1 4 × 200 m: 2009, 2010, 2011), two silvers (K-2 200 m: 2009, 2010) and two bronzes (K-1 200m: 2013, 2014).
