Safiabad Rural District (Persian: دهستان صفی‌آباد) is in the Central District[a] of Bam and Safiabad County, North Khorasan province, Iran.

[3] The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Safiabad,[4] now a city.

[5] At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population (as a part of Bam and Safiabad District[b] in Esfarayen County) was 7,683 in 1,882 households.

[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 6,558 in 2,098 households.
