Saint-Pierre-de-Mésage (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ pjɛʁ də mezaʒ]; Arpitan: Sant-Pierro-de-Mèsâjo) is a commune in the Isère department in southeastern France.

In 1946 an accident along the Rampe de Laffrey killed 18 near here.
