Sainte-Françoise (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃t fʁɑ̃swaz]) is a parish municipality in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region of Quebec, Canada.

In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Sainte-Françoise had a population of 383 living in 192 of its 209 total private dwellings, a change of -0.8% from its 2016 population of 386.

With a land area of 88.83 km2 (34.30 sq mi), it had a population density of 4.3/km2 (11.2/sq mi) in 2021.
