Saira Afzal Tarar (Urdu: سائرہ افضل تارڑ; born 7 June 1966) is a Pakistani politician who served as Minister for National Health Services Regulation and Coordination, in the Abbasi cabinet from August 2017 to May 2018.
She served as the Minister of State for National Health Services Regulation and Coordination from 2013 to 2017.
[3] She was re-elected to the National Assembly as a candidate of PML-N from Constituency NA-102 (Hafizabad-I) in 2013 Pakistani general election.
[6][7][8][9] She had ceased to hold ministerial office in July 2017 when the federal cabinet was disbanded following the disqualification of the then Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif after Panama Papers case decision.
[14] In March 2018, she received Sitara-i-Imtiaz for her public service by the President of Pakistan, Mamnoon Hussain.
