Salmabad (Persian: سلم اباد)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Momenabad Rural District[4] of the Central District of Sarbisheh County, South Khorasan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 516 in 148 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
