Sand-e Mir Suiyan Rural District (Persian: دهستان سند میرثوبان)[3] is in the Central District of Dashtiari County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.

The most populous of its 36 villages was Beris (now a city),[8] with 4,488 people.
