Sanghavi (born Kavya Ramesh) is an Indian actress and a model known for her work predominantly in Telugu-language and Tamil-language films.

Her father Dr. D. A. Ramesh was an ENT Professor at Mysore Medical College and her mother Ranjana is Kannada film actress Aarathi's elder sister's daughter.

She married Venkatesh, an IT professional, on 3 February 2016 at the Taj Vivanta, Bengaluru.

Her father, an ENT professor at the Mysore Medical College, performed corrective surgery.

Sanghavi finally returned to the silver screen in 2019 with a Kolanji, film written by Naveen.
