Santa Maria Madalena (Portuguese pronunciation: [ˈsɐ̃tɐ mɐˈɾi.ɐ madɐˈlẽnɐ]) is a municipality located in the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro.

Its population was 10,392 (2020) and its area is 816 km2.
