Santiago López (soccer, born 2005)

[4] On 29 January 2024, he made his senior and professional debut with UNAM, as a substitute, in a 3–1 Liga MX win over Pachuca.

[5] On 6 February 2025, López scored his first goal in his first ever start for UNAM in their CONCACAF Champions Cup Round One match against Cavalry FC, putting them ahead 1-0 just before halftime.

[6] López is a dual Mexican and Canadian citizen and is eligible for both national teams.

[9] In February 2024, López was called up to the Canada U20s for 2024 CONCACAF U-20 Championship qualifying matches.

[15] In October 2024, he was named to the Canada senior team for the first time, for a friendly match against Panama.
