Sarand (Persian: سرند)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Mavazekhan-e Shomali Rural District[4] of Khvajeh District, Heris County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 448 in 115 households.
