Saravan (Persian: سراوان)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Saravan Rural District of Sangar District, Rasht County, Gilan province, Iran.

[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 5,542 people in 1,837 households.
It was the most populous village in its rural district.
