The Saudi Women's Second Division League (Arabic: دوري الدرجة الثانية للسيدات السعودي) is the third-tier of women's football in Saudi Arabia.

In November 2023, the board of directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation approved the establishment of the Women's Second Division League,[1] in light of the continued growth of women's football in the country.

[2] In January 2024, the federation finalized the format of the Women's Second Division League.

The teams will compete in the group stage in a regionally centralized format, with matches played in a double round-robin system (home and away).

[4] The final rounds will be held in a centralized format, starting with the quarter-finals in a single-elimination format, where the first and second-placed teams in the final stages will be promoted to the First Division for the next season.
